The holidays are right around the corner, which means if you’re a busy parent who spends most of the day chasing after your kids AND you’re still working on a full body transformation..

The thing is, even though Option #1 SEEMS more difficult this time of year…
It’s actually your ticket to enjoying the season MORE.
Yes, you can modify some of those habits to give you more wiggle room right now…
But when you (mostly) stay on track:
For example, if I miss more than 4 days of movement, I’ll start to feel that ‘funk’. So, I’m laying some ground rules with myself — like aiming for getting into the gym at least 2 times a week, and on the days i can't get there - a 20 minute walk instead!
It might look completely different for you…
But simply acknowledging that you can enjoy the holidays while still prioritizing your health is a powerful first step!
