1. Kick off your year by focusing on just ONE area to improve, whether that’s Walking for 30 minutes, 5 days a week or “adding more veggies to your meals”

2. The problem with most New Year goals is they’re too big and too vague. Set realistic, specific goals you know you can meet — like utilizing our 3x a week plan or replacing one soda a day with water
3. Exercise makes everything better. For the first 30 days, find a realistic and energizing fitness routine, like starting with a daily walk. You can add more as it gets easier!
4. Instead of a complete overhaul, try adding a small, actionable habit like adding more whole foods to your meals or setting yourself up for success the day before and getting your workout clothes ready.
5. It’s easy to lose motivation when you’re going at it alone. Find a friend, talk to one of our coaches, or our community to cheer you on and help you get back on track when needed.
