In 2020 when the world shut down, I found CrossFit as a form of connection. After 15 years of swimming competitively, I was looking for a way to stay connected and active. I searched CrossFit online and found CFN only 10 minutes from my home. After only one day I was hooked! The community & friendships I found were unmatched by anywhere else I had been. When I moved away for college I joined CrossFit Maven - where I met the love of my life & grew to love the competition as well! Now,  I am back at CFN and loving supporting the community that first welcomed me over 4 years ago!
